A key focus of Mahlo’s exhibit will be its modular process control system “Optipac VMC” and the “mLog Enhanced” data management platform. These technologies streamline monitoring and control throughout textile production, ensuring consistent quality and reducing waste.
Mahlo will also unveil its latest innovation, the ‘Orthopac RXVMC-20‘ straightening system, a revolutionary solution for feed-forward control of knitted fabrics with large distortions. Equipped with AI-driven control and detection, it offers precise adjustments and faster corrections to fabric distortions before reaching the correction rollers.
Sales Director Thomas Höpfl noted that this cutting-edge straightener can be retrofitted to existing machines, enhancing performance for a wide range of textile manufacturers.
